Who is Hobbs? Hobbs Habanero Seasoning is a business based in Yates Center, KS. It all began in 2011 when they grew their first habanero plant, which still produces habaneros to this very day. They began blending and producing their own seasoning for just their personal use, but now they’ve grown it into a business. It’s absolutely delicious on popcorn, steaks, pork chops, chicken, and tons of other foods.
