We developed it to help us become more consistent in ribs at contests. It’s a unique blend of butter buds, brown sugar, honey powder, and spices that you mix with apple juice. Once mixed simply wrap each slab of ribs or boston butt with 3/4 cup of the mixture. It takes the mess of wrapping ribs away and makes you more consistent by using an exact amount with each rack of ribs!
